Maury Brown in his Biz of Baseball blog relays a story that Citigroup will maintain its 20-year, $400 million sponsorship of the Mets new stadium opening this April.

Citigroup is laying off over 53,000 employees.

I performed the same calculation earlier today myself. I didn't bother posting the results, because the correct answer is actually
