i'm glad i clicked on that story because it led me to this:

since when did pie throwing become a crime??? what kind of country are we living in? i mean, it seems like the pie didn't even HIT the pastor; he ducked! so the guy would be charged with what, ATTEMPTED pieing?

also, why is this story in the sports section?

It says "potential misdemeanor charges". So not assault with a deadly pie (that would be a felony). Maybe "disturbing the pie"...
