The New York Mets became the 21st team eliminated from postseason contention after losing at home to Florida 8-1 and Philadelphia winning the NL East with a 6-1 win over Washington at home. Thanks to commenter Johnny Nucleo for the coelacanth photo. This was originally the photo designated for Colorado.
