Joe Kennedy, who pitched for Tampa Bay, Colorado, Oakland, Arizona, and Toronto, died at his home in Florida today at age 28.

The cause of death has not been determined.

I always rooted for Joe Kennedy, possibly for no better reason than that he was left-handed and seemed to always play for teams I like. He'll be missed.
