Cause I don't want to go into anaphalactic shock...
(I think there are some severe problems with the meter here, but just work with me!)
The Seattle Mariners are trying out two peanut-free sections at Safeco Field for games on August 5 against the Twins and September 9 against the Rangers.
Sections 311 and 312 in the right-field upper seating area will be cleaned thoroughly before each of the games. Signs will also be posted nearby to alert fans of a ban on all peanut products in those two sections. No peanuts or foods containing peanut products will be sold at nearby concession stands to ensure the safety of those in the section. People who buy tickets in those sections must agree to obey the peanut ban.
Please note that I am sympathetic to people who are allergic to peanuts. I just hope this doesn't turn into Quarantine Night.
Like all the afflictions that children now suffer(ADD, ADHD etc), I ask this, where the f*ck were all these kids when I was young back in the 70's and 80's? No, I don't doubt there is a small percentage that actually suffer from these afflictions, but to ban peanuts from not one but TWO sections...what the heck is the world coming to? Its a sad day when the minority rules...
As a Mariner season ticket holder and the father of a peanut allergy suffering kid I applaud the effort.
Even though he has had some sever reactions (eppipens are not fun) we just make sure he doesn't have the seat next to a peanut eater like the barbaric red sox fan at last nights game.
Even though the M's continue to draw pretty well I think that section of seats will be sterile for games in September.

No need to be redundant.
