It's essentially a fashion show of suggested new uniforms for the Bundesliga teams. In order of appearance, their recommendations are: Schalke 04 (blue/white), MSV Duisburg (rainbow scheme), HSV Hamburg (blue stripes), VfB Stuttgart(yellow/black), and Fortuna Düsseldorf (orange/red).
I'm fairly certain the first model/dancer is intended to represent Eintracht Frankfurt. The host and designer were particularly enthralled with the rainbow uniforms of Duisburg, noting that they'll no longer be referred to as the "grey mice" by fans.
The video is probably a lot more enjoyable if you don't understand the language.
