I don't think I've ever heard this sentence before, in any sport or any language: "The Swedes are much better in attack than on defense."
Swedes always sit back, play well-organized, disciplined defense, and then wait for a good opportunity to counter-attack. In soccer, ice hockey, team handball, tennis, you name it. (Stefan Edberg being the only exception I can think of.)
But in this case, I suppose it's true; this Swedish team has more talent on offense. But somehow, I doubt they'd change their style to accomodate their talent.
On topic, though, some good stuff (though I think the prediction of the US advancing might be a tad optimistic... Group C might be the toughest group in the tournament, but I think Group E could lay claim to the title as well (3 teams that won their regional qualifiers, IIRC, and probably the #2 team in Africa - yikes).

Unless you have a sister named Sesquipedalia that you haven't told us about...
My father's given name was Henry. But his family called him Vernon and his friends called him Tim.
Sounds like something out of "Rocky Raccoon".
...to the top of their bracket at least.
