It's a divisional title!

The New York Mets baseball team wish to welcome you to a celebration of their NL East title. Reception will be held at Shea Stadium in Flushing, New York from September 19 through 25. Honeymoon planned to begin on or around October 3. Details to follow.

I was a lost more excited than I thought I'd be, actually.

Fun fun fun - I was starting my freshman yeah of college in 1988 so that one sort of got lost in far more exciting things, like really pretty girls from Manhattan hypnotizing the boy from Utica.

Hopefully I'll catch Belth and Corcoran at a subway series game - let us each make it that far.

Hey Bob, I left that party at Dodger Thoughts for a second, what is up with this coin toss that the Phillies won? I thought the Dodgers won a series of coin flips that determined that they would have the home field for any tie breaking situations. I didn't like reading that but hopefully, it's moot.
