The Tampa Bay Devil Rays got permission to switch their May 15-17 series against Texas to Kissimmee, Florida and play at the Disney Wide World of Sports Complex.

The stadium seats just 9,500. Buy your tickets now! The seats are supposed to be extra-wide so eat a lot!

I remember when Houston had a team in Kissimmee.

Franklin Covey Field, home of the Salt Lake Bees, the Angels AAA affiliate, seats 15,500. Maybe the Rays can be a barnstorming team to different minor-league fields around the country.

Heck, I'll bet if they moved to Salt Lake this season, they would easily outdraw the Tampa Bay area.

HUMMIN' SLOWED BY STRUMMIN': Guitar video game hurt Zumaya's arm

Club president and general manager Dave Dombrowski told WXYT-AM (1270) on Wednesday the team had concluded Zumaya's injury resulted from playing a video game, not from his powerful throwing motion.

"That was probably what was taking place," Dombrowski later told the Free Press.

Zumaya, 22, was known to play "Guitar Hero," a PlayStation 2 game in which a player uses a guitar-shaped controller to simulate the performance of popular songs
