How high can I be?

Presently, as I type this I am at Staples Center, Section 301, Row 14, Seat 25. How many rows does the top section go to? Well, looking behind me, I will tell you that there are 15 rows. However, I am too law abiding to move down into a better seat. Others may choose a different adjective for me.

I'd blame oxygen deprivation.

That could explain why I need a nap and my ears are popping.

Basketball can be disorienting from way high up. The one time I lucked out in the Final Four lottery, my seats ended up being in the second-to-last row of the Alamodome. It felt really weird from up there, almost like watching a different sport.

Obviously the game featuring the Alaskan mammals matchup isn't very interesting if Bob is taking the time to read the comments right now.

The crowd is electric! You can feel the excitement with each basket.

I consider this to be preparation for my trip to the Coliseum on the 29th.

That's not the crowd's electricity you're feeling. Those are heat waves emanating from the top of the center-arena scoreboard, above which you are sitting.

Go move up a couple of rows. "Giant steps are what you take, walking on the moon."

5 I'll be there as well, though I'm not doing anything to prepare for it...

Back in the old Oakland Coliseum Arena, before the renovation when the seats were cheap, anyone who had seats in the top rows of the arena would end up being quite high in more ways than one.

The Oregon State team has arrived. They are waiting patiently. Can they shock the world?

Looking at the title, I was wondering if maybe you'd eaten some funny-tasting brownies.

I have two seats in 102, row 12 that I could not sell on stubhub, feel free to claim them if it will clear your conscience
Or are you staying until the Beavers score?

Bob, we're on a 128-32 pace here. You may want to stay to witness history, but you have my blessing to leave early.

I have never been high at Oakland Coliseum. I have been drunk though.

Maybe I can change that when I go to see the Indians vs A's opening week.
